Fisher Dies at Aimwell Sub-Headline: Funeral Services held on Sunday by Rev. Lee Brooks Friends are sympathizing with the family of Mrs. F. E. Fisher, whose death occurred on Saturday, January 24, at her home in Aimwell, after she had suffered for about a week with hemorrhages of the brain. Mrs. Fisher was born in Catahoula Parish in 1859 and has resided in Aimwell during the past 40 years. She was before her marriage, about 65 years ago, Miss Penny Kent. Her husband preceded her to the grave about 1? years ago. Mrs. Fisher has been a staunch member of the Aimwell Baptist Church since early life. Funeral services were held in the Aimwell Baptist Church with Rev. Lee Brooks, of Franklin Parish, conducting the services. Interment was made in the Fisher Cemetery in Aimwell with a host of sorrowing friends and relatives present. She leaves to mourn her passing, Mrs. Annie Tradewell, of Aimwell, Mrs. C. W. Poole, of Jena, and Mrs. Ruby Whitehead of Grayson, daughters; Millard Fisher, of Good Pine, Zack, Roy and Moody Fisher of Aimwell, Gale Fisher of Harrisonburg, and Dudley Fisher of San Benon, Texas, sons. Much sympathy is being extended the bereaved family in their hour of sorrow.
