Hazel Valentine Ford

Hazel Valentine Ford, 84, of Columbia, and a native of Little Creek, died
Wednesday, May 23, 2001, at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in
Alexandria.

She was born August 3, 1916, at Little Creek and was a homemaker and member of
Columbia Heights Baptist Church.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m., Friday, May 25, at the Welcome Home
Cemetery near Grayson.

Interment was under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia.

Survivors include one daughter, Yvonne Auman of Jena; two sons-in-law, four
grandchildren, two great-grandsons, one brother, and five sisters.
