He was a floor grader in the sawmill industry and was a veteran of World War II. Services were held at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, July 11, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena, with Rev. S. B. Spinks officiating. Interment followed in the Georgetown Cemetery under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Inc., of Jena. Survivors include one daughter, Dolly Mae Hartnett of Torrington, Ct., three sons, Jimmy Guillotte of West Monroe, Wiston Guillotte of Shreveport and Bobby Guillotte of Euless, Tx.; one sister, Tina Frye of Ohio; ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Lonzo E. Bruce, Robert Percy, Ricky Harris, Ikey Harris, Walter Guillotte and Donald Guillotte. Honorary pallbearers were James Rambo and Mike Franklin.
