Headline:  Mrs. Amret Girlinghouse is Claims by Death

Mrs. Amret Bass Girlinghouse, 68 years of age, died at her home in the Nebo 
section Sunday, January 22, 1933.  Death was due to influenza.  Funeral 
services were conducted by Rev. Doughty; pastor of the Manifest Baptist 
Church at the home Monday.  Interment was in the Herd Cemetery at Manifest.  
Surviving are her twelve children:  W. E. Girlinghouse of Eden; Mrs. L. L. 
Paul, J. C. Girlinghouse, R. C. Girlinghouse, Guvice and Archie Girlinghouse 
of Nebo; Carrie Brandom of Sulphur; J. N. and Q. E. Girlinghouse, of 
Winnsboro; Mrs. Kate Grey of Eden and Mrs. Malice Daigle, of Sulphur.
