Headline:  Will Hailey Dies at Nebo Home Sunday After Short Illness

Funeral services were held at Belah on Sunday for William Hailey, aged 55 
years and 27 days, who passed away at his home in Nebo early that morning 
after an illness of five days.  The cause of Mr Hailey's death was attributed 
to pneumonia.  Interment followed in the Belah Cemetery.

Mr Hailey had been a resident of the Nebo section his entire life and was 
well known throughout the parish.

He leaves the following children to mourn his passing:  Mrs Wyatt LaCroix, 
White Sulphur Springs, Lewis Walter and Clarence Hailey, of Nebo.  He also 
leaves nine grandchildren, five sisters, and two brothers, the latter being 
the following:  Mrs Rosalie Kuhn, Rhinehart, Mrs Martha Jane Smith and Mrs 
Queen Masters, Jena; Mrs Julia Methvin, Carthage, Texas; Mrs Lizzie Parker, 
Trout; Same Hailey, Nebo, and Joseph Hailey, Jena.

Rev M. Davidson, of Selma, officiated at the grave.
