M. Masters, of Trout. Mrs. Hailey's illness lingered for over two weeks until the death angel called Sunday. She has lived her entire life in LaSalle Parish. Early in life she joined the Fellowship Baptist Church in the Belah Community. The deceased is survived by three sons, Joseph of Belah; W. C. and R. S. of Nebo; five daughters, Mrs. J. B. Smith and Mrs. J. C. Coon of Jena; Mrs. Masters and Mrs. Parker of Trout; Mrs. J. C. Methvine of Carthage, Texas; and a host of relatives and friends. All of the children were at the bedside except Mrs. Methvine. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Belah Cemetery. (NOTE: name spelt Espy and Epsy in above as typed.)
