Headline:  Son of Former Jena Resident Succumbs

Robert Lund Hassan, six-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Hammond Hassan of 
Melrose, died in a Pineville hospital last Thursday.

Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Friday in the chapel of First National 
Funeral home.  Burial was in the Eden Cemetery near Trout.

In addition to his parents, the Hassan child is survived by two brothers, 
Will and Darryl Hassan of Melrose; and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Felix 
Roge of Melrose and Mr. and Mrs. George Hassan Trout.
