Holloway is Claimed by Death Last Sunday Night Olla and surrounding community lost one of its most beloved citizens this week, when J. A. Holloway, aged 56 years, died on Sunday, March 4th, after a long illness. Mr. Holloway was born near Olla and had resided near his birthplace his entire life. He was a member of one of LaSalle Parish's most honored and respected families. Funeral services were held at Little Chickasaw on Monday afternoon when quite a large crowd of friends of the deceased came to pay their last respects. Surviving Mr. Holloway are the following children: Mrs. J. E. Harris, Olla; Dixon Holloway, Winnsboro; Mrs. J. C. Francis, Winnsboro; Mrs. D. W. Starns, Webb and Davis Holloway, Webb; and the following sisters and brothers: A. J. Holloway, Olla; Mrs. J. T. Hopkins, Olla; and Mrs. J. B. Franklin, Rayville.
