Headline:  In Memoriam

Death visited the home of Mr. A. H. Haynes, last Saturday evening at 7:15 
o'clock, leaving his wife, children and many friends to mourn his absence.  
Mr. Haynes was 75 years old, having been born on August 4, 1856.  

Mr. Haynes married Miss Elizabeth C. Culpepper on December 23, 1880, Reverend 
J. N. Whorton performing the ceremony.

His children, three in number, are:  Mr. Frank Haynes, Mrs. Janie Stewart and 
Mr. M. J. Haynes.

Mr. Haynes was a devout member of the Midway Baptist Church, and was a deacon 
in the church.  He will be greatly missed by his many friends and his family 
is tendered the deepest sympathy in their bereavement.
