F. Humphries, 80, were held Tuesday morning at the Methodist Church in Grayson. The Rev. E. C. DuFresne, church pastor, was assisted in officiating at the services by the Rev. Morris and the Rev. Kitchenham of Columbia. Interment was made in Old Bethel Cemetery near Grayson. Mrs. Humphries died at the family home in Grayson Monday. Surviving are four daughters: Mrs. R. A. Vincent of Kelly, Mrs. L. F. Pin of Homer, Mrs. A. G. Graves of Jackson, Miss., and Mrs. H. B. Fisher of Columbia; five sons, W. S. and K. E. Humphries of Kelly, Lovie, W. R. and J. E. Humphries of Grayson and a large number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren throughout the state. Mrs. Humphries was a sister to Mrs. Jas. K. P. Humphries of Jena and had visited here on many occasions.
