Sub-Headline: Thomas "Jeff" Hudson

Thomas "Jeff" Hudson, 78, of Trout, died at 3:55 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 
1995, in the LaSalle General Hospital of Jena.

He was a truck driver with Pelican Trucking Company of Jena and a U. S. Army 
veteran of World War II.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, at Jena First United 
Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Crawford Coon, C. D. Thornton, and M. C. 
Green officiating.

Interment followed in the Belah Cemetery of Trout under direction of Hixson 
Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

Survivors include one son, Nathan Hudson of Jena; one daughter, Jean Hudson 
of Leesville; three brothers, Claude Hudson of Tioga, E. L. Hudson of St. 
George, Ga., and Rev. Jessie Hudson of Atlanta, Ga., and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers were L. C. Coon, Greg Hudson, Dalton Davidson, Billy Davis, Ricky 
Cockerham and Ondra Morace.

Honorary pallbearers were David Deville, Coon Deville, A. W. Hailey, Norris 
Elliott and Vance. Elliott.
