E. Jones to be Held at Courthouse in Jena, Friday, June Twenty-third At a recent session of Court at Jena, Judge Vinson M. Mouser appointed an arrangements committee composed of J. M. Henagan, A. D. Flowers and A. B. Parker, members of the Jena Bar, and Q. R. Hudson, Clerk of Court, to set a date for and arrange a memorial program to be held in the Jena courtroom in respect to the memory of the late Judge F. E. Jones. The committee met this week, setting Friday, June 23, at 2:30 p.m., as the time, and have arranged the following program to be presented: Meeting called to order by J. M. Henagan, chairman of arrangements committee. Invocation by Rev. W. F. Roberts. Introductory remarks by A. D. Flowers, chairman of meeting. Ten minute addresses by the following speakers: Harry Fuller, district attorney, Winnfield; Judge Vinson M. Mouser, Columbia; Judge Cass Moss, Winnfield; Judge Wiley R. Jones, Colfax; Judge R. R. Reeves, Harrisonburg. Two minute talks by other friends. Resolutions of respect, read by Q. R. Hudson, clerk of court. Benediction by Rev. A. L. Russell. The public is invited and requested to be present and participate.
