Headline:  Mrs. Annie Keene Dies, Services Held

Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Zeigler Keene of Jena died Monday, Jan. 20 at 3:30 a.m. 
in New Orleans.  She was 56 years old.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 2 p.m. at Hixson Brothers 
Chapel with the Rev. E. W. Sandel officiating.  Burial was in Eden Cemetery 
under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

Survivors include her husband, Mr. Webb W. Keene; one daughter, Mrs. Lorene 
Hannah of Lawton, Okla.; three brothers, Luther P. Zeigler of Pineville, Bill 
Zeigler of Louisville, Ky., and James Zeigler of Baton Rouge; four sisters, 
Mrs. Lolus Bearden, Mrs. Mattie Mae Maxwell and Mrs. Ora Gremillion, all of 
Olla and Mrs. June Mott of Houston, Texas; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. A. 
Zeigler of Jena.
