She was a homemaker. Services were held at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 26, in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with the Revs. Mike Poole and Jimmy Keene officiating. Interment followed in the Siloam Cemetery of Aimwell under direction of Hixson Brothers Inc. of Jena. Survivors include one daughter, Louise Creel of Aimwell; two sons, Huey King of Trout and George King of Jena; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Forest Moore, Moses Poole, Olan Poole, Dwayne Cassels, Vernon Prudhomme and Perry Aplin.
