Lantrip, 38, who died in an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, hospital last Tuesday. Mr. Lantrip was a widely known newspaper man, having worked on newspapers in Winnfield, Monroe, Columbia, Bunkie, Jena, and other places in this and other states. He was a son-in-law of Y. W. Warner of Jena, and had many friends in this section of the state. His three children have been residing with Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Reed, of Olla, for some time.
