Funeral services were conducted Tuesday from the Nolley Memorial Methodist Church of Jena with the Rev A. G. Taylor officiating. Burial followed in the Nolley Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Catherine L. Montgomery; two daughters, Mrs. Paula M. Tooke of Monroe, and Mrs. Hazel M. Butler of Jena; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Gene Dupuy, M. L. Padgett, Lonnie Love, R. T. Montgomery, Bill Sharbono, and J. C. Thompson.
