Headline:  Negro Woman Charged with Fatal Stabbing

Luceal Thomas, 16 year old negress, is in the parish jail and William Moses, 
about 25, is dead from the result of what is said to have been a stab wound 
inflicted by the girl last Sunday night in Webb quarters.  Moses was employed 
by a road construction company and is said to have come from near Baton Rouge
