Headline:  Three Killed When Truck Leaves Road

Three men were killed about 2:30 Sunday afternoon when their pickup truck 
left the road on Stae Route 923, Sandy Lake Road, about nine miles from 
Jonesville, overturned and crashed through the guard rail of a small bridge.

Police said the pickup landed in about eight feet of water.

The dead were identified as Henry Carvel Morris, 26, his brother, Donald 
Morris, 16, and Glynn A. McMillin, 38, all of Jonesville.

The three were pinned in the cab of the truck and it was not known if death 
was due to the impact or drowning.

State police said the truck, traveling north, veered to the right off the 
road along a creek, then back on to the road and through the guard rail on 
the left.
