Mills, 83, who died in his home in Clarks Sunday evening after a long illness. Services were in Belah Methodist Church near Jena with the Rev. A. A. Calhoun officiating, assisted by the Rev. C. E. Arrington. Burial was in Belah Cemetery under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. O. L. Mills of Clarks; five sons, Mick Mills of Good Pine, Willie, Grady and Rev. Dee Mills, all of Shreveport; two daughters, Mrs. J. L. Nugent of Trout, Mrs. A. N. Crockett of Columbia; one half-brother, Wyant Mills of Bentley; one half-sister, Mrs. Homer Mobley of Bentley; 36 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Douglas Crockett, A. D. Crockett, Buford Mills, Bryant Mills, Clyde Nugent and Oliver Wilson.
