E. Egloff, farmer, residing near Sicily Island, surrendered to Catahoula officers Sunday after he is alleged to have killed T. C. McKay. The killing is said to have resulted during a fight between the men over some hogs. They were neighbors, both said to have families. McKay is said to have left eight children. It is said that McKay was shot twice, once through the heart, which caused instant death.
