The 75-year-old resident of Little Creek is survived by three daughters, Mrs. J. E. Ganey of Little Creek, Mrs. Jim Guinn of Manifest, and Mrs. W. P. LaCroix of Port Neches, Texas; three sons, R. E. of Winnfield, Lloyd of Vinton, and Carter of Ferriday; one brother, Eddie Brooks of Trout; five sisters, Mrs. Jane Whatley of Trout, Mrs. Josephine Jones of Jonesville, Mrs. Charlotte Tarver of Jena, Mrs. Tommy Sanders of Nebo, and Mrs. J. J. Crawford of Harrisonburg; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. The Rev. Don Milliman, the Rev. S. B. Spinks and the Rev. B. Beaubouf conducted the final rites, with interment under the direction of Kinner and Stevens Home for Funerals, Jena.
