McAdams Funeral services for Mrs. Mary A. McAdams, 70, were held at the Tullos Baptist Church, Sunday, December 15, 10 a. m., with Rev. Fletcher W. Hart officiating. Mrs. McAdams was born in Douglassville, Texas, November 28, 1870. She joined the Baptist Church when she was 12 years old and has been an active Christian in every community in which she has lived. Mrs. McAdams is survived by the following relatives: two daughters, Mrs. C. W. Adams, Yazoo City, Miss., and Mrs. W. T. Hall, Marshall, Texas; three sons, Charlie McAdams and Grover McAdams of Haynesville, and Mitchell McAdams of Tullos; ten grandchildren, two of whom she reared, Mattye Marye Hammock of Jefferson, Texas, and Mrs. Charles Williams of Marshall, Texas; 2 great-grandchildren. The pallbearers were: W. T. Hall, Charles Williams, J. A. Taylor, E. E. Watson, J. N. Nall and C. D. Harter. Interment was at Milton Cemetery near Haynesville.
