Headline:  Services Held for Delila McClendon

Funeral services for Mrs. Delila McClendon, 90, of Searcy, who died on 
Wednesday, Jan. 4, at the home of her nephew, Odom Davis, were held at the 
Davis home in Searcy on Thursday, Jan. 5, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. O. G. 
Cannon officiating.

Mrs. McClendon was born in Mississippi on July 5, 1860, but most of her 90 
years were spent in the Searcy community.

Funeral arrangements were handled by the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Jena, 
and interment was at the family cemetery in Searcy.
