Otwell Services Held June 12 Funeral services for Mr. I. D. Otwell, 68 years old, and a resident of Jena for the past 50 years, were held Monday, June 12, 1944, at 3:00 p.m. Mr. Otwell died Monday morning June 12 at 3:15. Services were held in the Belah Cemetery with Rev. A. L. Russell officiating. The deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Annie Johnson, Walters, La.; Mrs. Bessie Thompson, Jena; two sons, Tom Otwell, Walters; John Otwell, Jena; one sister, Mrs. Annie Whatley, Eden, La., and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pallbearers were: Oscar Peyton, Jim N. Gray, Will Bignar, Emile Breithaupt, Tom Windham, and B. P. Miles. Riser Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
