C. Johnson of Midway. Mrs. Ogletree, who had lived in Lake Providence about 19 years, had been in ill health for a long time. She was the former Marie Johnson of Midway. Surviving are her husband, George Ogletree of Lake Providence; four children, Sammy, George, Rose Marie, and Charm, all of Lake Providence; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Johnson of Midway; three brothers, Blanchard Johnson of Crowley, Vollie Johnson of Deville and Luther Johnson of Nacogdoches, and two sisters, Mrs. G. A. Nelson of Dallas and Mrs. Laura Ward of Springhill. He death on Sept 14 was followed by funeral services on Sept. 15, with interment in a Lake Providence cemetery. The Rev. Hayes of Transylvania conducted the final rites.
