Headline:  Marjorie Owens Dies at Sanitarium in Alexandria Sunday

Little Marjorie Marie Owens, 18 months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles 
Owens, died last Sunday morning at the hospital in Alexandria, where its 
mother had gone for medical treatment and where it contracted pneumonia about 
two weeks ago.

Funeral services were held at the Baptist Church in Jena, Sunday afternoon, 
after which interment was held in the Pine Hill Cemetery at Olla, Rev. John 
Henry Smith conducting the services.

Surviving the little girl are its parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Owens; Jack, 
Charles Jr., and Billy, brothers; and Catherine, sister.
