Ogden Margie S. Ogden, 76, of Jena, died at 3 a.m., Monday, August 7, 2000, at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria. She was a homemaker and member of Maranatha Assembly of God Church in Jena. She was born Oct. 10, 1923, at Manifest to the union of Marcus and Lillie Kitterlin Sharp. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday (today), Aug. 9, at Maranatha Assembly of God Church in Jena with the Revs. Charlie Anderson and Eddie Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at the Pine Grove Cemetery of Rhinehart under direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include her husband, Willie J. "Pete" Ogden of Jena; two daughters, Phyllis Alexander of Jena and Melba Baker of Summerville; one son Jamie Ogden of Jena; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jason Nugent, Randy Sharp, Michael Sharp, Jerry Lee Sharp, Carlynn Sharp, and B. J. Baker. Honorary pallbearers will be Marvin Sharp, Tommy Ezell, and Junior Ezell.
