All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** March 14, 1935, Thursday Lee Paul is Buried At Pine Grove On Sunday Afternoon Lee Paul, 19 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Paul, of the Archie community, was called by death at a hospital in Shreveport at 5:55 a.m. on Sunday morning where he had been conveyed for an operation for appendicitis. The remains were brought to Pine Grove church where funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock, interment following in the cemetery at that place. Rev. Alva B. Odom officiated with Kinner and Stevens, local undertakers in charge of the funeral arrangements. The deceased is survived by his father and mother, three sisters, Miss Andree and Laura Paul and Mrs. Phillip Chevallier, three brothers, Starr, Al Green and Neeley.
