Headline:  J. D. Price Is Called By Death at Home in Walters Sunday

The many readers will be sorry to learn of the death of Mr. J. D. Price, of 
Walters, who departed this life on November 29, at pm, after a prolonged 
illness of heart trouble.  Mr. Price was born and lived in this community all 
of his life.  At death, he was 57 years old.

In 1902, he was married to Miss Ellen McLawchlin, of Rapides, and to this 
union was born three children, Mrs Fannie McLawchlin, of Longview, Texas, 
Isaac and Pete Price of Walters.  He was preceeded in death by his first wife 
and remarried in 1930 to Miss Martha Lacy, of Manifest.  Reporter.
