Peppers Succumbs, Rites Held at Jena Mrs. Eulola Smith Peppers, 57, Jena, died recently at Columbia Heights Hospital in Columbia. Funeral services were held Monday of last week at East Jena Church of God with the Revs. J. P. Nolan and Norman Tison officiating. Burial was in Jena Cemetery with arrangements by Hixson Brothers Funeral Home, Jena. Graveside services were by the ministers. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Odell P. Darriker of Jena, two sons, Frank and Homer, both of Jena; two brothers, Olive Smith and john Smith, both of Jena; one sister, Miss Ollie Smith of Jena; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Douglas Powell, Doc Eubanks, Lawrence Eubanks, Calvin Ainsworth, Ted Coleman, and Cleveland Taylor.
