Gus Garig of Georgetown officiating. Interment was made at the Pollock Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Upshaw Funeral Home of Jena. Mr. Price spent practically all of his life in Georgetown, his birthplace. In 1895, he was married to Miss Melissa Luella Turnley of Jena, who survives, along with the following: Mrs. Myra Simpson of Georgetown, Mrs. henry Selver of Ferriday, and Mrs. Violet Killen of Georgetown, daughters; Glen T. Price of Georgetown, son; Mrs. Emma Humphries of Monroe and Mrs. Kizzie Wooten of Georgetown, sisters; 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were G. H. Glidewell, A. C. Morris, O. C. Miller, El L. Chandler, W. J. Adams, and Clarence Lincecum.
