Headline:  Ellie Lee Praffer

Mrs. Ellie Lee Praffer, 64 years, died at Jena, December 17, at 5:25 am.  She 
was born in Nashville, Tenn., and has been a resident of this community 4 
months.  She was a member of the Baptist Church.

Mrs. Praffer is survived by her husband, Mr. John Praffer of Jena; three 
sons, Theadore of Karnack, Texas; and Winford and Floyd, both of Olla; four 
daughters, Mrs. A. D. Weams, Jena; Mrs. Lem Guyson, Jena; Mrs. Violet Durm, 
Jena, and Mrs. Jewell Cotton, of Trout.

Funeral services were at the residence December 18 at 2:00 pm, with Rev. 
Tinnin officiating.  She was buried in the Jordan Cemetery at Aimwell.

Interment was under the direction of Riser and Upshaw Funeral Home of Jena.
