Max Billings officiating. Burial followed at Belah Cemetery with arrangements by Hixson Brothers, Inc., of Jena. Mrs. Perkins died at 12:00 p.m., April 5, 1975, at Tomball, Texas. She was a resident of Jena. Survivors include 2 daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Shew of Houston, Texas, and Mrs. Minerva Dotson of Deckers, Texas; 3 sons, Floyd Perkins of Leesville, Virgil Perkins of Jena, and Talvin Perkins of Livingston, Texas; 18 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
