Headline:  Mrs. Alma Julia Paul Succumbs at Jena

Mrs. Alma Julia Paul of Harrisonburg died Thursday, Jan. 9 at 4:10 p.m. in a 
Jena nursing home.  She was 96 years old and a member of the Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. in the Harrisonburg 
Baptist Church with the Rev. J. O. McNair officiating.  Burial was in 
Harrisonburg Cemetery under the direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home 
of Jena.

Survivors include one brother, Edwin Simmons of Grants Pass, Ore.; three 
sisters, Mrs. Ethel Haedrick of Long Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Terisa Bennett 
of Jonesville.
