Parker of Dallas, died Feb. 20 at 7:30 a.m. in a Dallas hospital. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22 in a Dallas funeral home and burial followed in Restland Cemetery. Other survivors include Mrs. Parker's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George B. Toney of Scurry, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Sanders of Richardson, Texas, and Mrs. Frieda Mae Schulz of Amarillo, Texas; two brothers, J. D. Toney of Little Rock, Ark., and C. R. Toney of Irving, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Adele Janek of Dallas and Mrs. Hazel Douglas of Garland, Texas; and four grandchildren.
