Headline:  Mrs. Ida Mae Parker

Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Mae Starnes Parker, 63, of Harrisonburg, who 
died at the residence of her son, J. W. Starnes in Harrisonburg, on January 
12, 2 a.m., were held at the Baptist Church January 12 at 3:30 p.m., with 
Rev. Fields of Jonesville officiating.  Interment took place at the 
Harrisonburg Cemetery under the direction of Riser and Upshaw Funeral Home of 
Jena.

Mrs. Parker was a member of the Catahoula Baptist Church, near Enterprise.  
She is survived by her husband, Frank Parker of Sterlington, and one son, J. 
W. Starnes of Harrisonburg.
