Poole, 87, of Rt. 1, Olla, were at 2 p.m. Monday at Summerville Free Methodist Church with the Revs. Lester Carpenter and Arvie Jolly officiating. Burial was in Squires Cemetery under direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home of Columbia. Mrs. Poole died Saturday at Rapides General Hospital in Alexandria after a brief illness. Survivors include five sons, Willard Poole of Grayson, Quinton Poole of Columbia, James H. Poole Jr. of Olla, Vernon Poole and Virgil Poole, both of Jena; three daughters, Mrs. Hazel ?? of Bastrop, Mrs. D?? Roark and Mrs. Iva M. Williams, both of Olla, one brother, Dozier Masters of Jonesville, 30 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
