She was believed to have been dead since Thursday. Mrs. Pritchard had reportedly been ill and a neighbor had gone to check on her late Friday after not seeing her during the day. The house was locked, and when she could not get an answer, the neighbor summoned sheriff officials. Mrs. Pritchard and her husband, Floyd are formerly of Jena where he operated a service station in the Midway community. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at her residence with the Rev. Coda Salters officiating. Burial was in the Wilbanks Cemetery under direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia. Survivors beside her husband include two sons, Marshall Chapman of Jena and Bennie Huggens of Bossier City; one daughter, Mrs. James Keene of Goldonna; 11 grandchildren.
