Headline:  Tioga Man Killed

Alexandria, La., Dec. 14 - Charles Ross, 58, of Tioga, died Sunday night of 
injuries received when he was struck by a truck.  L. B. O'Quinn, 40, of 
Shreveport, said to be the driver of the truck, was arrested in Pineville.
