Ratcliff, 67, of Belah, died at 6:00 pm Friday, May 5, 1967, at Jena Hospital. Ms. Ratcliff was a housewife and a member of the Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 7th, at 2;30 pm at Jena First Baptist Church, with the Revs. John Kitchenham, Dan Blake, and S. B. Spinks officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery at Olla with arrangements by Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home. Survivors are her husband, Tom Ratcliff; three daughters, Mrs. Inez Dark of Delhi, Mrs. Ineta Wangness of Cheverly, Maryland, and Mrs. Vauda Jewell of Shreveport; three sons, Wensell of Logansport, and Julian and O. J. , both of Belah; three brothers, Leo Bass, and Govey Bass, both of Monroe, and Curtis Bass of Jonesville; 14 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
