Mr. Roberts was a native of Amite County, Miss., and had formerly lived at Greensburg, St. Helena Parish, before he moved to Jena about 29 years ago. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, having united with that denomination some 45 years ago. D., Jr., of Jena; four brothers J. W. of Jena; Ed and Grady of Monroe, and Will Roberts of Mooringsport; two sisters, Mrs. J. M. Allen of Jena, and Miss Ettie Lena Roberts of Mooringsport. Rev. J. M.
