Headline:  Mrs. Arrella Smith Died at Her Home on Thurs., March 3

Mrs. Arrella Smith died at her home at 9:30 on March 3rd, and was buried the 
following day at four o'clock in the Pine Grove Cemetery at Blade.

Rev. A. B. Odom of Jena conducted funeral services, with Kinner and Stevens 
in charge.

Mrs. Smith, at the time of her death, was 50 years old and a member of the 
Rhinehart Baptist Church.  She is survived by the following relatives:  her 
husband, J. F. Smith, Alfred Smith and Freddie Smith, sons of Rhinehart; Mrs. 
Ruby Newman, daughter, of Port Arthur, Texas; Mrs. Melba Clark, daughter, 
Rhinehart; Mrs. Irmalea Claunch, daughter, of Walters; Mrs. D. T. Miles, 
sister of Jena; Mrs. Albert Clark of Columbia, and Mrs. B. M. Garrett of 
Jena; Mrs. John Herban and Mrs. W. H. Smith, sisters, of Jonesville, and a 
brother, W. D. Wright of Jena.
