Sanders departed this life Oct. 20, 1927. She was near 69 years of age and leaves seven children, three stepchildren and a number of grand children to mourn her passing. She gave her heart to God some few years ago and lived a devoted life for the Lord. Her words to her children and friends were that she was prepared and wanted to go every time the Lord called. Weep not, dear ones for mother is not dead, but sleeps beneath the sod waiting for the trumpet of God to sound and the dead in Christ to rise. She was a loving mother, always lending a helping hand to her children and friends. We will miss her, oh, how sad, but someday we will meet her over there where no parting ever comes. Cheer up, dear ones, and remember the words that she said, "All is well with me." Written by a Heart-Broken One.
