Headline:  Jim Stone is Laid to Rest in Cemetery at Nebo Last Tuesday

Mr. Jim Stone, 80 years old, for about eight years a resident of the Nebo 
section, died Monday night at his home in Trout, where he had resided since 
last summer.

Funeral services were held at Nebo Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock, with 
interment in Nebo Cemetery.  Rev. T. J. Ratcliff, pastor of Midway and Webb 
churches, conducted the funeral services.

Mr. Stone was the father of 13 children, nine of whom survive him.

Besides his widow, Mr. Stone is survived by the following children:  Ed 
Stone, Jena; J. W. Stone, Searcy; and George Stone, of Wildsville, sons; Mrs. 
Lena Moors, of Good Pine; Mrs. Lou Bradford, Jena; Mrs. Bob McLendon, of 
Trout; Mrs. Ben Young, Chase, and Mrs. Susie Gough, Trout, daughters.
