Funeral services for James Arthur Swayze, 42, who died February 17 at 
Ferriday, were held at Jonesville February 18, with Rev. Jim Sensintaffer 
officiating.

Internment took place at Pine Grove Cemetery with Kinner and Stevens Funeral 
Home of Jena in charge.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Swayze; wife, Mrs. Ethel 
Swayze; sons, Arthur Bolton Swayze; sister, Mrs. W. C. Lazarus; six brothers, 
H. M., A. D., O. B., Frank, Robert and Neely, all of Jonesville.
