Stockman Peggy B. Stockman, 60, of Tigard, Oregon, died Saturday, June 26, 1999, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Portland, Ore. She was born Jan. 7, 1939, in Winnsboro to the union of Louis and Mildred (Stamper) Boothe. Born and raised in Louisiana, she settled in Corvallis in 1979 and lived there until she moved to the Portland area in 1997. While in Corvallis, she worked for many years at P.I.P. Printing, until her health caused her early retirement. Services were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 1, in the United Pentecostal Church in Corvallis. Burial followed in the Locke Cemetery in Corvallis under direction of the McHenry Funeral Home. Survivors include two daughters, Carla S. Adams of Clackamas, Ore., and Cindy Stockman of Tigard, Ore.; two sons, Gary Stockman of Monterey and Nicky Stockman of Foley, Ala.; four sisters, Ann Golding of Ft. Worth, Tx., Katie Gordon of Harrisonburg; Mary Lou Alexander of Manifest and Nell Sanders of Jena; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
