Headline:  Deaths, Mrs. Lou Townsend

Funeral services for Mrs. Lou Townsend, 72, who died at her home at 
Harrisonburg January 16 at 7:00, were held at residence January 17 with Rev. 
Burton Miley of Harrisonburg officiating.

She was born in Catahoula Parish but has been a resident of Harrisonburg for 
40 years.

Interment took place in the Siloom Cemetery with Riser and Upshaw Funeral 
Home of Jena in charge.

Survivors are:  three daughters, Mrs. Emily Aaron of Enterprise, Mrs. Lizzie 
Boyd of Harrisonburg, Mrs. Rosa Barr of Aimwell and four sons, Will Townsend 
of Enterprise, Henry Townsend, Curt Townsend and Albert Townsend of 
Harrisonburg.
