 Urania, La. - Velma Marie Whiddon, infant daughter of  Frances and James B.
Whiddon, of Shreveport, La. was born and died on Sunday, Oct. 15, 1961,  in 
the Willis Knighton Hospital in Shreveport.   
Graveside services were held at 1:00 PM Monday, Oct. 16, 1961, at the Pinehill 
Cemetery near Urania, under direction of Roseneath Funeral Home of Shreveport. 

Survivors other than the parents were one sister, Sondra Gay Whiddon; maternal
grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Felder Neal; paternal grandparents are Mr. and
Mrs. Benny Whiddon; maternal great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Chris C.
Neal, all of Urania, La.
