Weaver of Zenoria Killed by L. & A. Train Sub-headline: Victim Lying Asleep on Tracks Killed by Fast Freight Train Clayton I. Weaver, 36, of Zenoria, was killed instantly Saturday afternoon about 5 p.m. by a L. and A. Train, which ran over him as he was lying asleep on the track. His body was severed completely into. A coroner's jury of 4 presided and three agreed that the victim had come to his death by lying down, falling asleep on the tracks while one gave his decision as the victim having met the death at the hands of someone else and later placed on the track so that the train could run over him. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Rosa Weaver, two brothers, Carson and H. W. Weaver, and one sister, Bernice Weaver, all of Zenoria. The deceased was buried Monday afternoon in the family cemetery at Goldonna.
