V. D. Morris, pastor of the First Methodist Church of Columbia in charge of the services. Interment was made in the Welcome Home Cemetery near Grayson. Mrs. Whitehead is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Julia Whitehead, and Mrs. Florida Curiagton of Rosefield. The deceased was well known in the Rosefield section having resided in LaSalle Parish for the past 22 years. Services were held at the family residence at 2:00 Tuesday and the funeral was under the direction of the Riser Funeral Home of Columbia.
